My experience was excellent today. Starting with my dental hygienist. Nat. Very warm and friendly. Very knowledgeable hygienist. Dr. Ramos was great. Great rapport with me as a patient. Explain things simply took additional pictures so I could see exactly what he was looking at within my teeth. Finished my experience with the front end staff Dee and Jasmine which were excellent as well.

Initially came for a single extraction but after meeting with the staff I felt I’d trust them over the office I had previously been with. I was told I needed multiple root canals and extractions, but Dr. Ramos was able to get by with fillings and crowns, as well as my wisdom teeth. Everything was done quick, and I never felt a thing. It sounds cheesy but now I really am getting the smile I always wanted. Couldn’t have asked for more. Jasmine and Dee at the front desk were always helpful with any questions I had as well.

THE BEST dental care I’ve had and I’m 60. Very thorough, the hygienist gave me a crash course in dentistry. The doctor was very thorough as well. Definitely NOT your big chain retail office, the whole experience was very positive. I highly recommend this office for your dental care. Very impressed.

THE BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! This office is like no other. From the moment I set the appointment through the end of my first visit, I was treated as a valued customer. Everyone in this office cares about their patients and not only are they kind and attentive, but they educate you on every process they are performing and every option available for possible treatments. This was BY FAR the most thorough dental office that I have ever gone to. I’ve already started moving my whole family over to WestBay Dental. Highly recommend!!
